Hallwood Farm Harvest

Harvest time is under way at Hallwood Farm .  The blackcurrants have mostly been picked but there are about 7 acres left on the bushes still searching for a home.  Its sad to think they may just be left to perish.  What a waste!

The apples have appreciated the recent heavy rainfall and the colder nights and are  growing larger and more coloured daily.  Just a few more weeks and the Bramleys should be hitting the supermarkets shelves so watch out for them in major stores!

Well yes we could but its not worth doing. Hopefully have found somewhere in Norwich wanting 100 tonnes so, depending on what the weather throws at us, the machine may be here again today or tomorrow.
