Bright and spacious 425 square feet studio with an open beam vaulted ceiling in the living room with covered sky light.
For reference purposes, the studio is the size of a 2 car garage and work shop area.
FULLY furnished studio ready to use with everything except your clothes and food stuffs.. Maximum 4 people, NO SMOKING,
The living area has wall to wall carpet, a double bed, futon double couch, 5 drawer dresser, Anwaa with stereo system and totes for storage. We have original works of art, scultures and copies of painting on display for you to enjoy or purchase. Different artists at different times.
Shaped like a U on its side. The 1st leg is the kitchen entrance through sliding glass door (gas stove, sink, full refrigerator, table and chairs). The middle or base is the living area (wall to wall carpet). The 2nd leg is the full length closet, shelving, and bathroom (full shower, sink and toilet).
The kitchen, hall and bathroom have Pergo flooring. The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, tea maker, blender, toaster, microwave and anything you need to prepare meals. A white dining room table and chairs.
The 8'hallway has a 6' closet with a 4 drawer dresser inside and on the opposite wall a 2' closet with 8 wire baskets for storage.
The bathroom has a full shower; toilet and corner sink with vanity and mirror.
The outside private patio is fully fenced and has a full metal table and 4 chairs, planters, and a wonderful fountain for calming sounds.
You are a five minute walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and a fifteen minutes walk to historic downtown.
Santa Cruz offers our beaches, Boardwalk thrills and rides, dog friendly parks, basketball courts, soccer, a new million dollar skateboard park & one of the top surfing area.
We have the San Lorenzo river, Stagnaro's and Gilda's on the wharf, renowned Marianne's ice cream, and the Pacific Cookie Company.
Seabright brewery and the wonderful and fabulous Pacific Ocean.
Close by in town are Cinemas, Libraries, Museums, Laundromats, Hospitals and Churches.
Spectacular sunsets are included at no extra charge at the end of West Cliff Drive in the Natural Bridges State Park home of Monarch butterflies.
It is a short drive south to the Monterey Peninsula.
Or a little longer drive north up the famous Pacific Coast Highway to Davenport, Half Moon Bay, Pacifica or San Francisco.
You can head to the beach or the Santa Cruz Mountains, Henry Cowell’s State Park and Big Sur to name a few.
Our Redwoods are spectacular.
A trip to Roaring Camp will allow you to board a steam train that will take you through a forest of trees.
